Resso Music Application offers a free trial to new subscribers with all its premium plan packages. When you buy your first subscription with any premium package of this music app, you get a free trial of 30 days. In these 30 days, you can enjoy all the premium features of the app for free and if you don’t like the premium services, you can cancel your premium plan and get refund any time before trial ends. If you don’t cancel the subscription before the trial period, your subscription will automatically charge for the continuing month.

When you subscribe to any premium package of Resso Music Application, you get charged for the following package for a month. Your subscription automatically renews at the start of each month until and unless you cancel your subscription. With Trial:

When a new user subscribes to premium services, they get a 30-day free trial to test the premium services. However, the user is charged for their preferred subscription plan fees applicable to that period. Without Trial:

If Resso Music Application automatically renews the subscription for the next month, a user can still get their amount refunded within 14 days. How to Cancel Your Resso Premium Plan?

If a user has decided not to continue with premiums services anymore, they can cancel and unsubscribe their premium package by following the below method:

Open Resso Music Application.
Go to Me Tab displayed at right bottom corner of the app.
GO to settings option located at top right corner.
Scroll down and click on the help button option.
Click the third option “Cancel Premium”.
Follow the prompts and get cancellation done.
You can also cancel using the feedback button and request for cancellation.

How to cancel through Google Play?

Google Play users can cancel their premium package using two methods. The first one is using Resso Music Application which is explained above. The second is using Google Play Store Application which is explained below:

Open Google Play Store Application.
Go to your account settings located at top right corner.
You can see “payment and subscription”. Click on it.
Go to subscriptions.
Locate Resso Application and Select it.
Click on cancel subscription.
Your subscription gets cancelled automatically after the end of the month.

How to Cancel Through Apple Store?

Similarly, Apple users can cancel their Resso Music Subscription using Apple Store. Follow the steps below to get your subscription cancelled:

Head to Apple Store Application.
Click on your profile button.
Go to Manage Subscription tab.
Search for Resso Application under active tab.
Click on Cancel Subscription option.
Hit the confirm button and get your subscription cancelled with Resso Music Application.

Why can’t I cancel my premium?

If Resso users are having issues cancelling their subscription with the App through Google Play Store or Apple Store. You can contact the customer support of either Google Play Store or Apple Store regarding cancellation issue. Customer support will contact you soon and help you resolve your issue.

How Can You Get a Refund From Resso Music Application?

Users who want to get refund for their subscription payment can request a refund in Resso Application. You can follow the below steps and get your refund successfully.

Head to Resso Application.
Go to Me Tab.
Open Settings and go to Help Page.
Click on the fourth option “Refund Payment”.
Request for a refund.
Your refund will be sent within five days hopefully to the same option you used while subscribing.

How to Refund through Apple Store?

Users who have subscribed to Resso Application using Apple Pay must request for a refund from Apple Customer Support. You can request a refund using the below method:

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in Using your Apple ID
Select I’d Like to as “Request a refund”
Provide description for your refund request.
Choose The Resso Application from the option and Click on Submit Option
